So you’ve decided you want to join the raiding experience with Sang Grail. That’s awesome! We love to get more people involved in raiding.

The information below will provide you with the basic information you will need and also address several frequently asked questions related to raid requirements and prepping for raiding. To get involved with raiding, you will need to do the following:

1. Prepare your gaming environment with required add-ons and programs.
2. Prepare your character with raid-appropriate gear, glyphs and enchants.
3. Know your class - evaluate your talent spec for raiding and understand the special roles your class may be required to perform during a raid (like mis-direct, polymorph, mind control, etc).
4. Learn the raid rules / procedures - loot rules, kill order, strategy and general information regarding raid atmosphere and interaction.
5. Prepare your pre-raid shopping list of items you will want to acquire and bring to each raid.
6. Sign up for a raid - basic information and special considerations raid invite precedence.
7. Have Fun!

Please have fun. Pay attention, take the fights seriously, but don’t forget to have fun. Some nights are goofier than others, but everyone wants to have fun while they are raiding. Just make sure the fun doesn’t cause distractions from the ultimate goal.
